Welcome to First Grade! This is my eleventh year teaching at MacArthur Elementary. I graduated from Emporia State University with my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education in 2013. I am also endorsed in teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and a Google Certified Educator. I received my Masters in Educational Technology through the University of Central Missouri in 2017.  I look forward to getting to know your student and exploring the world of first grade together!

 

Our classroom environment is full of wiggle seats, balance balls, resistance bands, and more!  We will have TONS of brain breaks and movement-based activities to help enrich your student's learning experience!
