welcome back I'm JD and Welcome to our 6 news cast put iPhone 6 in 5th grade the spelling bee is an opportunity for 5th and 6th graders to expand their vocabulary what insects graders had to study hard words that maybe in person in 8th grade could spell the winner in fifth grade was Emily and the winter in sixth grade was a b love to all that enter the spelling bee holding up a few things Miss math is a sixth grade teacher here at math questions about herself scientific why did you become a teacher and want to teach three reasons June July and August because my grandparents are both teachers and I would go is Adam starting in first grade that would help teach their kids and I just loved doing that from then on and I just love helping kids understand things and being there for them and 6th grade I think it's a really good year because kids are responsible and it's a good year to impact their life reggae to any edit different schools I student taught kindergarten and it was a lot different than 6th grade ff6 gay students this year  they're definitely Goofy and high-energy but they're going to be around then if you want to continue teaching 6th grade switching mitigated 6th grade for a while I grew up in Wichita Kansas about 3 hours from here can sheep do you have any siblings and two others what are there a powder day when is 30 + 133 what's your favorite and least favorite subject to teach in the 6th grade  my favorite is definitely math in my least favorites is it a teacher should never say that  so did you want to teach anywhere else or was sixth grade year Main and I'd really have a preference I just wanted to be a teacher and I'm happy where I ended up Movie Exchange  can you guess what I next door hit his it's a holiday to celebrate what man had a dream did you guess it's Martin Luther King Day as you all know we have no school next Monday this is because a man named Martin Luther King jr. now this is no ordinary holiday it took years to make it official and it took even longer for it to be on where is import to be truly open to everyone this holiday was mostly established because of the hard work of Martin's fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha stop it and be glad and not only does this holiday have amazing history it gets you a nice day off of school so even though we Face the difficulties of today and tomorrow  I still have a dream it is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream I have a dream then one day this nation will rise up live out the true meaning of its Creed we hold these tools who sell peppermint that all men are created it I have a dream then one day on the Red Hills of Georgia sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owner  will Bank be able to sit down together at the table of Brotherhood I have a dream the one thing  even the state of Mississippi State sweltering with the Injustice  sweltering with the heat of a precious be transformed into an oasis Freedom investors I have a dream  my four little children one day live my nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character I have a dream this concludes our 6 news cast have a great three day weekend
