Ashley Trieb

Hello!

 

Welcome to the exciting world of Kindergarten at MacArthur Elementary!  My name is Ashley Trieb and this will be my 11th year of teaching and my 9th in Kindergarten.  Growing up, I had always known that I wanted to work with children so in 2007 I received my Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Ottawa University.  I spent a year teaching first grade in Lawrence, KS, and then one year of preschool and two years in Kindergarten in Overland Park, KS.  I took a break from teaching and worked for four years at the University of Kansas on a study that focused on children's speech development.  I was very excited when I returned to teaching Kindergarten at MacArthur.  In May of 2021, I received my Master's in Instructional Technology from Fort Hays University.  I've attached a copy of the parent handbook as well.  I look forward to teaching your children!
