Welcome! Thanks for stopping by my page! This is my fourth year at MacArthur Elementary School. I have worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist in schools in Colorado, Virginia, and Germany. I earned my bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, and my master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. I am currently working on my clinical doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology through Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. I hold a national certification from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as a state certification for Kansas. I am a military spouse and the mother of three children who have all attended school in USD 207.
Communication is at the core of every relationship. Helping children to become more proficient communicators is my passion. Please reach out to me if you have questions, concerns, or comments throughout the school year. Your support at home is essential to your child's progress, so I am looking forward to working closely together this year.
