About Me

Welcome to MacArthur Elementary! This is my 4th year as a school counselor at USD 207, but this is my 15th year as a school counselor. I have a Bachelors degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Cultural Studies from the University of Montana-Western in Dillon Montana. I have a Masters of Education in School Counseling degree from Montana State University-Billings. I have worked as a school counselor in Montana, North Carolina and now in Kansas.

My husband, NJ, is retired from the Army after 24 1/2 years of service. We have two children, Brendan (age 13) and Addison (Age 11). Our kids attended school at MacArthur for two years before my husband retired. We loved it here in Kansas so much that we decided to retire here. My husband is now a real estate agent in MO and KS and specializes in working with Military Families.

I am so excited to meet everyone and to work with all of the students and families at MacArthur this year.

Once a Mustang, Always a Mustang!
