Melissa Gummert

Hello Mustangs!

I am Melissa Gummert, and I grew up in and completed my education in Texas. I received my Bachelors from the University of Texas at El Paso and earned my Masters of Education from the University of Houston. My husband is assigned to a unit here on Fort Leavenworth, and I am the proud mom of three kiddos. The 2025-2026 school year will be my fourteenth year teaching, and my first year at MacArthur. 

I am so thrilled to be joining USD 207 and the MacArthur Elementary School Team.
