Welcome to the wonderful world of MacArthur! I’m so glad your family has landed here @ Fort Leavenworth! I can’t wait to meet you!

I am Kelly Jobbins and I have 30+ years of teaching experience. I guess that qualifies me as a veteran teacher, but I have only been a reading and math intervention teacher for a couple of years. I earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education from Kansas State University and my master's degree from Mid-America Nazarene. I am married and have two grown children. My husband and I enjoy lots of free time while we are anxiously waiting for our grandkid's journey to start!

MacArthur Power Lab provides small group services to students in reading and math. These services are in addition to the support already received within the classroom setting. Kindergarten through 5th grade can utilize this service for reading and math support.
